Even the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fairmountwaterworks.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fairmount Water Works Interpretive Center<\/a> (pictured above) isn&#8217;t immune to a good soaking; to be fair, however, the Interpretive Center was designed with flooding in mind due to its close proximity to the Schuylkill. Below, an Eastern Garter Snake finds some high ground in the Interpretive Center.
