They&#8217;re coming to the right place\u2014the Philadelphia Water Department&rsquo;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phillywatersheds.org\/what_were_doing\/documents_and_data\/cso_long_term_control_plan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Green City, Clean Waters<\/a> plan will devote billions of dollars over the next 25 years to green infrastructure that reduces the urban heat island effect, improves our waterways and saves money. Be sure to check out PWD&rsquo;s demonstration project, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phillywatersheds.org\/green-roof-bus-shelter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">green roof bus shelter<\/a> at 15th and Market.
