Each City Council district will host a meeting with residents this year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"big\">A Water Town Hall will be held for residents of City Council&#39;s Fourth District on <strong>Thursday, May 11th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Sharon Baptist Church, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Sharon+Baptist+Church\/@40.0034753,-75.2104666,15z\/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x10583051e94cbcae!8m2!3d40.0034753!4d-75.2104666\" target=\"_parent\" rel=\"noopener\">located at 3955 Conshohocken Ave.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This public forum is the second in a series of Water Town Halls for Philadelphia City Council Districts and will feature <a href=\"http:\/\/phlcouncil.com\/CurtisJonesJr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Councilman Curtis Jones Jr.<\/a> and Philadelphia Water Department Commissioner Debra McCarty.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"center\">Spread the word: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/129743627572328\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Invite friends on Facebook.<\/a><\/h5>\n<p>The Philadelphia Water Department wants to hear from residents about their interests, issues and concerns. This Water Town Hall is an opportunity to speak directly with Water Department and <a href=\"https:\/\/beta.phila.gov\/departments\/department-of-revenue\/our-services\/water-revenue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Philadelphia Water Revenue Bureau<\/a> staff about issues such as:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Water bills &#038; assistance<\/li>\n<li>Customer service and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phila.gov\/water\/educationoutreach\/customerassistance\/pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">customer assistance<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.phila.gov\/water\/educationoutreach\/customerassistance\/Pages\/HelpLoan.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Homeowners Emergency Loan Program<\/a>\u00a0for plumbing issues or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phila.gov\/water\/wu\/Lead%20Information\/HELPLoanforLSLReplacement.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lead service line replacement<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.phila.gov\/water\/wu\/drinkingwater\/quality\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Drinking Water Quality<\/a><\/li>\n<li><em><a href=\"http:\/\/phillywatersheds.org\/what_were_doing\/documents_and_data\/cso_long_term_control_plan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Green City, Clean Waters <\/a><\/em>and <a href=\"http:\/\/phillywatersheds.org\/RainCheck\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rain Check<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.phila.gov\/water\/aboutus\/Pages\/Notifications.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planned construction<\/a> in the neighborhood<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Residents can also find out about the services the Water Department provides and how
