We value Philadelphians’ experiences with our services.<\/big><\/p>\n

Since our work is funded by your water bills, PWD prioritizes providing you<\/strong> with quality drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and other services.<\/p>\n

For the 9th consecutive year, we\u2019re distributing our annual customer survey<\/a> \u2013 a project made possible with support from ImpactedEd at the University of Pennsylvania<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Every year, this feedback helps us better gauge communities’ opinions<\/strong> on various topics.<\/p>\n

In addition to helping improve the Department\u2019s services, taking the survey has an extra incentive: any Philadelphia resident age 18 or older who takes the survey can enter a raffle to win a $100 gift card!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since launching in 2016, more than 35,000 survey responses<\/strong> have been recorded, including approximately 9,000 individual participants last year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
