The Philadelphia Water Department&rsquo;s display, however, kept it right here in Philly, demonstrating how green roofs, rain gardens and other <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phillywatersheds.org\/what_were_doing\/green_infrastructure\">green infrastructure<\/a> can beautify our city while managing stormwater runoff that pollutes our rivers and streams.
