Neighbors joined city officials and PWD employees to celebrate the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phillywatersheds.org\/what_were_doing\/green_infrastructure\/tools\/stormwater_tree_trench\">stormwater tree trenches<\/a> that absorb runoff and make 16th Street a green street.
