The tree trenches are just one tool used to manage rain water and prevent sewer overflows into our rivers and streams. Hartranft Elementary School helped decorate the tree trenches with flower plantings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/static\/hartranft3.jfif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There weren&#8217;t just snacks. There were snacks <em>and<\/em> smoothies.<\/p>\n<p>East Falls\u2014you&#8217;re next.
