Philadelphia&rsquo;s first bumpouts were installed at Queen Lane (pictured above) as part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phillywatersheds.org\/greencitycleanwaters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Green City, Clean Waters<\/a> plan to manage stormwater through green infrastructure. PWD&rsquo;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phillywatersheds.org\/soakitup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Soak It Up!<\/a> crew will be on hand with free refreshments, art activities, yarn graffiti, flower bulb plantings and more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pop Quiz!
