As part of the event, an \u201cOperations Challenge\u201d took place where 31 teams from the US and Canada, including our very own \u201cPhiladelphia River Rats,\u201d competed for speed and accuracy in operational skills like laboratory analyses, sewer pipe maintenance, process control, pump maintenance and crew member rescue.
