And, we have to say, it&rsquo;s a flattering and fascinating read. Titled &#8220;&#8216;Super&#8217; Advice From Philadelphia&rsquo;s Water Commissioner,&#8221; Westerling opens his piece by saying &#8220;It&rsquo;s not often that you have the opportunity to talk to a &rsquo;superhero&#8217; of sustainability,&#8221; and goes on to cite <a href=\"http:\/\/issuu.com\/redflagmedia\/docs\/grid56\/1?e=1261995\/5462526\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">our favorite magazine cover ever<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/issuu.com\/redflagmedia\/docs\/grid56\/1?e=1261995\/5462526\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/static\/neukrug_grid_325.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">(Grid Magazine, December 2013.)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Here&rsquo;s a quick excerpt from the Water Online story&rsquo;s introduction:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Nationally, Neukrug&rsquo;s work is lauded and emulated.
