\nWe want to hear from Point Breeze residents as we explore plans to turn two vacant lots into green space that will make Philly's rivers cleaner.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019re invited! Join Philadelphia Water<\/a> and Councilman Kenyatta Johnson\u2019s<\/a> office to discuss plans for rain gardens<\/a> on two publicly owned vacant lots in Point Breeze. Rain gardens<\/a> are specially designed gardens that soak up stormwater when it rains.<\/p>\n

The lots are 1900 Point Breeze Avenue and 1701 S. Ringgold Street. When the project is finished, Philadelphia Water will maintain the gardens. Join us to learn more about the project and provide your feedback. Refreshments will be served.<\/p>\n
