We work extremely hard to protect our rivers and provide our 1.5 million customers with top-quality drinking water, and we want to make sure that water also comes with top-quality customer service.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why we want to hear from you. We\u2019ve teamed up with Temple University\u2019s Institute for Survey Research to offer a survey aimed at learning more about what we can do to improve the services we provide.<\/p>\n

Residents who take the survey will have a chance to win a $100 gift card, and there are three easy ways to give your input:<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: Your answers and your identity will be kept completely confidential. No one but researchers at the Institute for Survey Research will ever see your responses.<\/p>\n

Q: What will I get for taking the survey?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: You will be entered into a raffle to win one of many $100 gift cards.<\/p>\n

Q: What will happen with the surveys?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A: The Institute for Survey Research will analyze the data and prepare a report for Philadelphia Water. Philadelphia Water will take what they learned from the surveys to make improvements in delivering water service to all residents of Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
