Specifically, SRRF grants are intended to address major sources of pollution, including <strong>stormwater runoff, agricultural pollution, and abandoned mine drainage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2006, SRRF was established through a public-private partnership between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exeloncorp.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Exelon Nuclear<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.nj.us\/drbc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Delaware River Basin Commission<\/a>, and the <strong>Schuylkill River Greenways National Heritage Area<\/strong>. PWD joined the effort to help fund projects that affect Philadelphia\u2019s water supply.
