Not a problem, PWD offers\u00a0<em>two<\/em>\u00a0opportunities to submit applications each year, with the fall 2026 cycle beginning in August. The window to request an obligatory &#8220;pre-application&#8221; meeting\u2014to discuss your project\u2014opens\u00a0<strong>August 1<\/strong>\u00a0and runs through September 15. Application submission deadline for the fall cycle is\u00a0<strong>October 16<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/water.phila.gov\/stormwater\/incentives\/grants\/\">What <em>is<\/em> a &#8220;Stormwater Grant?&#8221;<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Stormwater Grants can pay for the design and construction of\u00a0<strong>stormwater retrofit projects<\/strong>\u00a0on non-residential properties in Philadelphia.
