SMP Maintenance Guide Documents"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Appendix&nbsp;G contains an SMP Maintenance Guide sample and associated template&nbsp;documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An SMP-specific, site-specific SMP Maintenance Guide, prepared by the designer and submitted to, and reviewed by, PWD during the PCSMP Review&nbsp;Phase, should be provided to and implemented by the property owner as a guide for long-term operations and maintenance of the SMPs&nbsp;on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SMP Maintenance Guide must include an SMP Maintenance Guide Introduction, an SMP Maintenance Guide Site Map, and a separate SMP Maintenance Schedule Form for each SMP and SMP-related feature, in order to allow the property owner to track all maintenance activities for their&nbsp;site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SMP Maintenance Guide instructions are available on the first page of the SMP Maintenance Guide Information document to steer the designer through the creation of these items. A sample of a compiled SMP Maintenance Guide is available in this Appendix&nbsp;For reference.
