However,\u00a0we are unable to meet\u00a0the\u00a0standard\u00a0review timeframes specified in our\u00a0Manual\u00a0and delays\u00a0should be expected.\u00a0You may check your\u00a0project status\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pwdplanreview.org\/apply\/application\/app_status\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>General questions and meeting requests should be sent to the general email account<\/strong>.&nbsp;To ensure a timely response, please email <a href=\"mailto:pwd.planreview@phila.gov\">pwd.planreview@phila.gov<\/a>.&nbsp;Direct phone calls&nbsp;with staff are&nbsp;not available.&nbsp;Walk-In Hours and in person meetings are suspended, but Applicants may arrange conference calls or web-based meetings using their software platforms.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PWD\u2019s office is closed to in-person deliveries<\/strong>.&nbsp;Review fees and project&nbsp;documents&nbsp;may&nbsp;still&nbsp;be mailed.&nbsp;Once normal operations resume,&nbsp;we&nbsp;will confirm receipt of&nbsp;mailed items and follow-up regarding missing&nbsp;information.&nbsp;Before mailing items&nbsp;(e.g. Review Fees, executed Conditional Approval letter, and\/or executed Operations &amp; Maintenance Agreement),&nbsp;provide&nbsp;a scanned copy&nbsp;and&nbsp;proof of mailing&nbsp;by email.&nbsp;Your reviewer will provide these instructions or you may reach out to <a href=\"mailto:pwd.planreview@phila.gov\">pwd.planreview@phila.gov<\/a>.&nbsp;Applicants that do not provide the required information will be subject to enforcement actions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Notify&nbsp;PWD of construction waivers<\/strong>.&nbsp;We are aware&nbsp;that some&nbsp;projects have&nbsp;obtained waivers&nbsp;to continue construction. Follow instructions on the <a href=\"https:\/\/water.phila.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/act-537-sewage-facilities-application.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mailer<\/a> for emailing exemption requests.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Water and Sewer&nbsp;availability for Building Permit Sign-Off<\/strong>:&nbsp;Sign-off is being completed via <a href=\"https:\/\/eclipse.phila.gov\/phillylmsprod\/pub\/lms\/Login.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eCLIPSE<\/a>.&nbsp;Sign-off on paper permits&nbsp;and&nbsp;pre-permits&nbsp;is&nbsp;suspended.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flow Test&nbsp;Requests<\/strong>:&nbsp;New&nbsp;flow&nbsp;tests&nbsp;are suspended.
