For a complete list of these changes please see the homepage alert&nbsp;as well as our newsfeed.&nbsp; Although our staff continues to work remotely we are making every effort to expand services.&nbsp;<strong>New for 2021:&nbsp;Limited In-Person Drop-Offs,&nbsp;Virtual Walk-Ins<\/strong>, and&nbsp;the&nbsp;<strong>Reg Finder<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In-Person Drop-Offs (Pre-Registration Required)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Since March 2020,&nbsp;we have&nbsp;continued&nbsp;efforts to&nbsp;make the review process accessible&nbsp;via&nbsp;remote&nbsp;conditions. However,&nbsp;applicants must still&nbsp;pay review fees by check and provide&nbsp;an executed&nbsp;hard copy&nbsp;of the&nbsp;O&amp;M Agreement. To better facilitate this process,&nbsp;an In-Person Drop-off option&nbsp;is being provided.&nbsp;<strong>Beginning&nbsp;February 16, 2021<\/strong>,&nbsp;applicants who pre-register will be able to drop-off documents (review fee payments&nbsp;and O&amp;M&nbsp;Agreements&nbsp;only) to PWD Headquarters.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In-Person Drop-Offs will\u00a0ONLY\u00a0be available\u00a0as follows:\u00a0<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tuesdays &amp; Thursdays<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8:30am &#8211; 10am<\/strong>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<strong>1pm &#8211; 3:30pm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1101 Market Street<br><strong>5th Floor<\/strong><br>Philadelphia, PA 19107<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To pre-register, applicants must\u00a0<strong>email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:pwd.planreview@phila.gov%20?subject=Request%20Document%20Drop%20Off%20Appointment%3A%20MM%2FDD%2FYYYY&amp;body=Requested%20Drop%20Off%20Date%3A%20%0AProject%20Tracking%20Number%3A%0AItems%20to%20be%20Delivered%3A%20%0AName%20of%20Person%3A%20%0ACompany%3A\">pwd.planreview@phila.gov<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0by <strong>4pm<\/strong>\u00a0the\u00a0<strong>day prior<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0confirm the\u00a0<strong>requested\u00a0drop off date<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>project tracking number<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0items to be delivered<\/strong>,\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0<strong>name of\u00a0the\u00a0person\u00a0and company\u00a0who will be delivering the documents<\/strong>.\u00a0Visitors\u00a0must\u00a0wear\u00a0a face covering\u00a0at all times\u00a0when in the building\u00a0and\u00a0bring\u00a0photo ID\u00a0for security purposes. Review staff&nbsp;will not be available to discuss project specifics or issue approval letters&nbsp;in person.&nbsp;To accelerate the approval process, you&nbsp;may&nbsp;email your reviewer a copy of&nbsp;the stamped invoice&nbsp;receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reg Finder Now Live!\u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To aid in the project planning process, PWD has released a new\u00a0a new\u00a0GIS-based\u00a0tool:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwdplanreview.org\/apply\/reg_finder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reg Finder<\/a><\/strong>.
