In person deliveries are available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment email <a href=\"mailto:Toni.Todd@phila.gov?subject=Drop%20Off%20Appointment\">Toni.Todd@phila.gov&nbsp;<\/a> &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rates and Charges Adjustments effective September 1, 2021&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.phila.gov\/departments\/water-sewer-storm-water-rate-board\/\" target=\"_blank\">Following proceedings of the&nbsp;Philadelphia Water, Sewer, and Storm Water Rate Board&nbsp;<\/a>changes to PWD rates and charges will take effect on September 1, 2021. This includes miscellaneous charges that impact development projects such as meter installation, water connections, and stormwater review fees including an in increase in the&nbsp;Stormwater management Fee in Lieu from $15 to $25 per square foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/water.phila.gov\/rates\/\">View current and future charges<\/a><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Updated Pre-Application Meeting Request Form!&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PWD has made significant updates to the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pwdplanreview.org\/apply\/application\/pre_app_meeting\" target=\"_blank\">pre-application request form<\/a>\u00a0to support meeting request related to all PWD development reviews as well as to allow stormwater project tracking to start prior to the\u00a0ERSA Application.
