These meetings are required for all applicants planning to apply for a Stormwater Grant, and for the Spring round must be requested by <strong>EOB February 28th<\/strong> and held by <strong>EOB March 14th<\/strong>. These meetings will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. We recommend an earlier pre-application date to have time to incorporate comments into your final application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The applicant must submit a Conceptual plan with their meeting request. Other documents may also be submitted for review but are not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next Stormwater Grants deadline is March 15, 2024. Applications must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM on the 15th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To begin your pre-application meeting request, head to our Stormwater Grants <a href=\"https:\/\/water.phila.gov\/stormwater\/incentives\/grants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">website<\/a> or use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwdplanreview.org\/apply\/application\/pre_app_meeting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And for additional detail concerning the grant application process, have a look at the Stormwater Grants website (link below) and the related <em><a href=\"https:\/\/water.phila.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/stormwater-grants-application-guide.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stormwater Grants Application Guide<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Online Payment now available for NPDES Permit Applications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to obtaining approval from PWD, projects that propose more than one (1) acre of earth disturbance are required to obtain a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) Chapter 102.
