Various tools can be implemented to accomplish this, including <a href=\"https:\/\/water.phila.gov\/gsi\/tools\/stormwater-planter\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2114\">stormwater planters<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/water.phila.gov\/gsi\/tools\/rain-garden\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2115\">rain gardens<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/water.phila.gov\/gsi\/tools\/green-roof\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"2112\">green roofs<\/a>.
