Philly, help us put dog poop in its proper place and promote clean waterways in our city!

Show us how you #ScoopThePoop and your dog could have a chance to be the next #SpokesdogPHL for the Philadelphia Water Department.

The winner and their dog will have a photo shoot at the Fairmount Water Works, and prize packs will be given to the runners-up.

Snap a photo or share a video of your dog and how you properly dispose of your pet’s waste (Be creative, but bagged poop only, please!). To enter, post your photos or video to social media tag Partnership for the Delaware Estuary and Philadelphia Water Department, and use the hashtag #SpokesdogPHL2023.
