The Philadelphia Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board will conduct public and technical hearings in the 2022 TAP-R Reconciliation Proceeding on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.

The hearings are open to the public and will be conducted remotely via Zoom.

The proceedings concern the reconciliation and potential downward adjustment of Water Department rates and charges previously approved to take effect September 1, 2022.

People affected by the Rate Board’s decision who wish to testify at virtual public input hearings are encouraged provide their name, phone number, and email address to WaterRateBoard@phila.gov.

Written comments can also be submitted via email to WaterRateBoard@phila.gov.
