Statement on Proposed EPA Regulations for Delaware River Dissolved Oxygen
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing new dissolved oxygen water quality standards for the portion of the Delaware River in Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Water Department will formally comment on the proposed regulations, which will potentially increase the cost of drinking water and other water services for Philadelphia residents.
