A bill insert about rate increases delivered with paper bills misstated the formula used to calculate the Water Usage charges for a typical residential customer, effective September 1, 2026.

The correct formula for 2026 should read “$(73.13 + 5.41)”, not “$(71.22 + 3.59)”. The Water Usage total was correct, but the formula printed there was not updated to match the result.

The error was corrected in the digital version.
