Media Alert: Delaware River Festival set for Saturday, September 24!

The festivities will take place at Penn’s Landing and Wiggins Park
from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WHAT: From pedal boats to ferry rides, the 4th annual River Fest will feature a boatload of FREE water-themed fun for the whole family!

Festivities will take place on both sides of the river with activities offered at Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia and Wiggins Park in Camden. During the event, the RiverLink Ferry will offer free trips to shuttle festival-goers across the Delaware.

Participants can visit the Independence Seaport Museum, win prizes from the One River, Many Stories scavenger hunt, dabble with arts and crafts, explore several environmental exhibits, and learn about how the Delaware River provides us with clean drinking water at the Philly Water Bar.

WHEN: Saturday, September 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
