The Philadelphia Water, Sewer and Storm Water Rate Board will hold public hearings in the 2023 General Rate Proceeding on Wednesday, March 22 and Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm both days. All hearings are open to the public and will be conducted remotely via Zoom (internet or phone).

Anyone wanting to testify is encouraged to email WaterRateBoard@phila.gov by March 21, identifying the hearing and stating your name and call-in phone number. You may email written comments by April 25, including your name.

You may listen or participate via Zoom. To call in, dial 267-831-0333. If requested, please enter the meeting ID 2562489871 and use the password 12345. For a video connection, use the link and other information on the Rate Board’s website.
