We work hard to teach residents about what we do, and the resources available to customers, including discounts, bill support, and much more. That means getting out into your communities!
Invite PWD to your next event
If you are planning a community event and want to hear more about what PWD can help with, invite us out!
Our outreach team can set up information tables and engage with your community members. We’ll bring information on neighborhood construction, ways to save on your bill, and more. We don’t bring water with us – the pipes do that already.
- Please submit your request at least three (3) weeks in advance so we have time to prepare staffing and materials. Requests after this window may not be accepted, so don’t delay, request us today!
- Submitting this form does not guarantee that PWD staff will be available for your event.

- If you are looking to have PWD present at your community event of meeting, please email WaterInfo@phila.gov.
- Please note: As a City agency, PWD can not pay for any type of tabling event.
