Project #50417 Spruce Hill will implement green infrastructure to improve the stormwater management in the Spruce Hill neighborhood of West Philadelphia.

This is part of the overall Green Infrastructure Initiative implemented by the City of Philadelphia, Green City, Clean Waters.

During construction, an assigned PWD inspector and engineer will be on-site and can answer questions about the work.
