Project #40919 Mercer / Birch will replace water mains and sewer pipes in Port Richmond.
The Water Department has assigned an engineer and inspector to the project who will be on-site every day. For on-site problems or questions about the work, please talk with the inspector or engineer on the job site. Contact information is listed below.
