Overview

Project #40766 Pauls Run Interceptor Protection and Bank Stabilization is an ecological restoration project that was completed in Pennypack Park in Northeast Philadelphia.

Goals of this project:

• Protect and restore Philadelphia’s streams
• Replace stormwater and sewer pipe infrastructure
• Reconnect floodplain and promote stable and diverse habitat
• Prevent erosion and protect surrounding areas
