Overview

Project #20595 Randolph / Oxford / 9th will replace water mains in the Ludlow and Northern Liberties neighborhoods in North Philadelphia.

The Water Department will have an assigned engineer and inspector for the project, who will be on-site every day. For on-site problems/questions about the work, please talk with the inspector or engineer on the job site. Contact information will be listed below when construction is nearing.

Water shut-offs are required for this work and typically start at 9am, lasting 2 to 8 hours.
