Overview
Project #20596 7th / Norris will replace water mains in the North Philadelphia East neighborhood.
The Water Department will have an assigned engineer and inspector for the project, who will be on-site every day. For on-site problems/questions, please talk with the inspector or engineer on the job site. Contact information will be listed below when construction is nearing.
Customers may experience limited water interruptions during construction.
