Project #40523 Tacony Creek Stream Restoration at Whitaker Ave is an ecological restoration project that was completed in Tacony Creek Park in Northwood.

Goals of this project:

Protect and restore Philadelphia’s streams
Stabilize streambank and add grade control
Enhance the ecosystems of the City’s parks
Restore the riparian buffers with native plants
