Updates

– Unexpected water shut-off

December 2022: Neighbors along 5500 block of Windsor  reported unexpected water shut-offs.

Contractors were installing new pipe at 55th / Springfield and closed the valve on 55th / Windsor. 5500 block of Windsor was supposed to get water from the valve on the other end of the block, but the valve on 54th St was closed as well, unauthorized.

Once the construction team was notified, valve was re-opened and residents were checked on. Issue resolved.
