Project #40923 (Manscher/Mutter/W Palmer/W Wilt) will install green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) in the Norris Square neighborhood of North Philadelphia. The project will also include water main and/or sewer upgrades.

This is part of the overall Green Infrastructure Initiative implemented by City of Philadelphia called Green City, Clean Waters.
