Project #41203 W Oakdale / W Sergeant / N Sydenham is a Water Department capital project that will implement green stormwater management infrastructure tools in the Glenwood neighborhood of North Philadelphia. It will also install new water mains and sewers throughout the neighborhood.

This is part of the overall Green Infrastructure Initiative implemented by City of Philadelphia called Green City, Clean Waters.
