Project #50018 Gorgas Run Stream Restoration and Infrastructure Protection is a completed ecological restoration project. The work was done in Wissahickon Valley Park in NW Philadelphia.

This work:

  • Protects and restores Philadelphia streams
  • Repairs and replaces critical PWD infrastructure
  • Reconnects the floodplain to promote stable and diverse habitat
  • Improves the City’s parks and community spaces
