Project #50259 Cottman Ave Streetscape will implement green stormwater management infrastructure tools in the Rhawnhurst/Castor Gardens neighborhoods in Northeast Philadelphia.
This is part of the overall Green Infrastructure Initiative implemented by the City of Philadelphia, Green City, Clean Waters.
