Holmesburg, Northeast Philadelphia
Holmesburg Rec Center
Overview
Project #50269 Holmesburg Rec Center will implement green infrastructure to improve the stormwater management in the Holmesburg neighborhood of Northeast Philadelphia.
As part of this project, a separate sewer will be installed to convey stormwater from these streets to the newly constructed subsurface system located in the rec center fields.
Projects #50269 Holmesburg Rec Center and #50288 McMenamy / Torresdale will be in construction concurrently in the Holmesburg neighborhood in Spring 2024.
Seravalli Construction is the contractor for both projects, but each project will have its own construction crew and best point of contact for questions – this information can be found below. A map for both projects is attached in the Project Files section.
This project is part of the Green City, Clean Waters 25-year plan.
