Project #50321 Herbert / Overington is a planned PWD project in the Northwood neighborhood. It will build green stormwater infrastructure, and install new water mains in the neighborhood.
This is a Green City, Clean Waters project. These projects reduce pollution from stormwater and combined sewer overflows in Philadelphia.
