Project #50397 Castor Gardens Streets 2 is a planned PWD project that will install new water mains, new sewers, and green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) in Castor Gardens/Oxford Circle in Northeast Philadelphia.
This is part of the green stormwater infrastructure initiative called Green City, Clean Waters.

During construction, an assigned PWD inspector and engineer will be on-site and can answer questions about the work.
