Central Cobbs Greening

Overview

Project #50402 Central Cobbs Greening will install tree trenches to improve stormwater management in Cobbs Creek in West Philadelphia.

This planned GSI project in Cobbs Creek increases the neighborhood’s tree cover, which will help residents stay cool in the summer months.

This is part of the overall Green Infrastructure Initiative implemented by City of Philadelphia called Green City, Clean Waters.
