Crews have finished paving and sealing the road after installing the new transmission main on Tomlinson Road. Temporary steel plates are still in place in a few areas so crews can get to the pipe for testing and disinfection. This work may require localized street closures at these locations. After testing and disinfection, the road will be fully repaired and speed cushions will be added. Completion is expected by June 2026.

Phase 2, which connects the new main to the tanks, is expected to begin in Spring 2027. The tank connection will take place entirely within the tanks property. No road closures are anticipated during Phase 2.
