Project #50344 Hawthorne & Rowland Greening is a planned PWD project in the Mayfair neighborhood in Northeast Philadelphia. It will build new water mains, new sewers, and green stormwater infrastructure (GSI).
This is part of the overall Green Infrastructure Initiative implemented by City of Philadelphia called Green City, Clean Waters.
