Cresheim Valley Improvement Project
Overview
PWD project #41132 Cresheim Valley Improvement Project will install a new interceptor sewer along Cresheim Valley Drive. The work will help to protect local waterways and improve infrastructure in the area, and is expected to last for approximately 6 months.
Traffic advisory: Full road closure will be required for the duration of construction. A detour plan will be implemented and maintained throughout the project.
Construction will take place on Cresheim Valley Drive from Navajo St. to Cresheim Rd, and Germantown Ave. to W Allens Lane will be closed to through traffic. Residents living on Cresheim Road can use Emlen St to access W Allens Lane, and trash will be picked up for these residents.
We do not anticipate any direct impact to the nearby recreational trails, however hikers are encouraged to exercise caution in proximity to the work area.
