Cresheim Valley Improvement Project

Cresheim Valley Drive between Germantown Avenue and West Allens Lane is open to traffic again following a six-month project to construct a new sanitary sewer.

The project began in early November 2021 and was completed on schedule, with the road reopening on April 18, 2022. Temporary closures may occur in the coming months as work to install safety barriers.

Protecting local waterways and improving the health of our rivers and streams is central to the Philadelphia Water Department’s mission.

PWD will host a virtual community meeting to provide an update on project #41132 Cresheim Valley Drive, on Wednesday, March 9th at 6pm.

Meeting will include an update from the Streets Department and information from a recent meeting along Allens Lane. Councilwoman Cindy Bass will be in attendance. Residents are welcome to join with any questions or concerns.

The Philadelphia Water Department and Councilwoman Cindy Bass’s office will hold a virtual community meeting to provide an update on the project along Cresheim Valley Drive, on Tuesday, December 14th, from 5:00-6:00 pm.
