Submissions to Utility Plan Review can now be made online through the Project Dashboard at www.pwdplanreview.org. Within this new system, applicants can expect the following improvements:  

  • Assigned tracking numbers for ease of project identification  
  • Smart form application that is adaptive to project specifics to streamline review process  
  • Ease in uploading plans and other supplemental documents required for submission 
  • Instant email confirmation that a submission was received  
  • Ability to manage multiple Utility Plan Review and Stormwater Plan Review submissions from the same Project Dashboard 
  • Optional project sharing across different users within the same company  

Applicants are encouraged to start using the Project Dashboard immediately and will be prompted to make all plan resubmissions through this system. Beginning July 1, 2022, applicants will be required to use the Project Dashboard for all Utility Plan Submissions.
