Also, please note that this Friday, September 19 is the deadline to submit a required pre-application meeting request for property owners pursuing a Stormwater Grants application during the fall 2025 submission cycle.

Stormwater Grants Program: 2025 Events

Stormwater Grants Open House: (September 25, 3:00-6:00 PM) – Are you a non-residential property owner, developer, or designer determined to lower your parcel’s stormwater charge? If yes, then you should attend PWD’s special Open House focusing on PWD Development Services’ Stormwater Grants incentive program.

During this in-person event at The WaterShed, prospective grant applicants will have the opportunity to speak with Development Services representatives, along with stormwater management vendors and past grant awardees. We will also be joined by the Sustainable Business Network and the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Sustainability, partner organizations that will each have complementary materials available for attendees.

Stormwater Grants: Fall Application Dates

The fall 2025 Stormwater Grants submission deadline is 11:59 PM, October 17. Pre-application meetings are required prior to submitting an application. The last day applicants may request a pre-application meeting is September 19, and all “pre-app” meetings must occur before October 1, 2025.
