*** Stormwater Connect site will be temporarily offline this Wednesday (3/18) from 1:00-3:00 PM ***

Dear Reader:

This Wednesday afternoon (March 18), Development Services’ Stormwater Connect website will be offline for scheduled maintenance. While this interruption is only scheduled for two hours—between 1:00 and 3:00 PM—we are hopeful the inconvenience will be minimal for site users.

What is “Stormwater Connect?” Launched in 2022, this web application was designed to help stormwater vendors and property owners find each other to implement Stormwater Grants projects.

On the subject of maintenance, built stormwater management practices (SMPs) require constant attention and care to ensure optimal performance. If your property has stormwater management infrastructure installed, it is likely in need of a check-up. Development Services maintains a list of local SMP maintenance providers that can be accessed via this link.

Are you considering a Stormwater Grants application in 2026? Then be sure to review PWD’s Stormwater Grants Application Guide. This resource explains property eligibility for grants, how to put together a project team, and all application requirements. And if you are definitely pursuing a retrofit for your property, we recommend creating an account on the above-mentioned Stormwater Connect platform (it’s free!) as your first step.

Need more information? Last year, Development Services hosted a webinar focused on Stormwater Grants, an overview that included details on the program’s application process. Readers who were unable to attend or wish to revisit the presentation may use this link to access the recording.
