New Rates for Review Fees

On June 16, 2021, the Water, Sewer, and Storm Water Rate Board adopted and filed its Rate Determination on the rate changes proposed by the Philadelphia Water Department. The new rates, including rates for stormwater review fees, are effective as of September 1, 2021 and can be viewed on water.phila.gov/rates.

Timelines for PWD Reviews

Updates to the real estate tax abatement for new residential construction projects will take effect on January 1, 2022. Utility Plan Review Deferrals for Property Tax Abatement
