Listed below are all of the current internal transfer opportunities available with the Philadelphia Water Department.

Internal Transfer Process
For Applicants:
- Review the details of the position by clicking “View Opportunity”
- Email a letter of interest and resume to the PWD HR Manager and Unit Manager listed at the bottom of the posting
- Note in your letter that this is a transfer opportunity and you should be permanently allocated to the position(s) listed in the Job Title section
- There is a selection process for each position. Selected candidates will be contacted for an interview at a later time.
For Managers looking to advertise a transfer opportunity:
- Download the PWD Internal Transfer Opportunity one-page form
- Fill it out in its entirety (approved by Division Deputy)
- Submit the form, with approval email, to PWD HR Manager and Hiring Group contact
